David J Frost

David Frost serves as a Senior Associate at Three West, bringing more than three decades of expertise in commercial real estate. He has been an integral part of Three West since the very beginning. 

Originally from Appleton, Wisconsin, David graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Business and a minor in Mathematics. His career began with a Green Bay-based investment group, specializing in business and real estate investment analysis, before relocating to Northern Michigan with his wife Kathy in the mid-1980s.

David served as an agent at Real Estate One for many years, where he honed his skills in investment real estate and commercial leasing, earning accolades such as the Presidents Circle Award and Division Volume Leader Commercial Award. 

David’s proficiency in negotiating leases and facilitating property sales and acquisitions has benefited hundreds of clients, including major entities like the State of Michigan, Sears, Plante & Moran, and Wells Fargo. 

David consistently delivers outstanding results and has earned multiple Top Producer awards since joining Three West in 2010. With a meticulous attention to detail and a reputation for excellence, David continues to exceed expectations in every transaction, leveraging his deep industry knowledge and strategic insights for the benefit of his clients.
