Bill Somerville

Bill Somerville, MBA, brings more than two decades of commercial real estate experience to his role as Senior Associate. Since joining Three West in 2016, Bill has demonstrated expertise utilizing his prior commercial property valuation, underwriting, and asset management experience. 

Raised in Farmington Hills, Bill pursued his education at Michigan State University, earning a B.A. in Hospitality Business, followed by an MBA in Finance. His solid educational background laid the foundation for a diverse and successful career.

Bill has accumulated extensive expertise across diverse sectors of commercial real estate. His portfolio includes managing site selection, lease negotiations, and property sales for prominent organizations like Pacific Gas and Electric. He has overseen the repositioning and renovation of apartment communities for a national brokerage affiliate, along with providing asset management services for pension fund-owned properties through a public REIT. Bill also has held roles involving commercial mortgage restructuring for life insurance companies and commercial mortgage underwriting at Comerica Bank.

A multifaceted background enables Bill to provide strategic insights and tailored solutions across all facets of commercial real estate leasing and sales.
