Kevin Endres is the Owner and Broker of Three West, LLC. He uses his extensive professional background to provide his clients with commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, real estate development, and business consulting services across multiple industries, throughout Northern Michigan. Since it's inception in 2007, Three West has grown to become the largest commercial only real estate firm in all of Northern Michigan.
Additionally Kevin was a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Michigan. Prior to the launch of Three West, Kevin served as Project Manager and Shareholder of Gosling Czubak Engineering Sciences, Inc. in Traverse City. At the 60-person private consulting firm, Kevin successfully managed both residential and commercial development projects.
Kevin was born in Traverse City, Michigan and attended Traverse City Saint Francis High School before attending Michigan State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in May of 1999.
Kevin's current professional affiliations include membership in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), National Association of Reatlors (NAR), Michigan Association of Realtors (MAR), and the Northwest Michigan Industrial Association (NMIA).
Kevin's previous professional affiliations include a past seat on the East Bay Township Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals. He is the past President, State Director and Legislative Committee Chair for the Northern Chapter of the Michigan Society of Professional Engineers (MSPE). He was a member of the Traverse Area Chamber of Commerce’s Transportation Committee and sat on the New Designs for Growth DevelopMentor Panel. Kevin is a past member of the Board of Directors for the Bay Area Transportation Authority (BATA), the Economic Club of Traverse City, and local chapter of Junior Achievement.
Kevin's personal affiliations include being an Ordained Permanent Deacon for the Catholic Diocese of Gaylord (2015). He was previously the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Baraga Broadcasting, Inc. and the host of a weekly radio show titled "The Cross Walk".
