Kevin L Endres, PE, SIOR, CCIM

Kevin Endres is the Owner and Broker of Three West, LLC. He leverages his extensive professional background to offer clients commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, real estate development, and business consulting services across various industries throughout Northern Michigan. Since its inception in 2007, Three West has grown to become the largest commercial-only real estate firm in Northern Michigan.

Kevin was previously a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Michigan. Before launching Three West, he served as Project Manager and Shareholder of Gosling Czubak Engineering Sciences, Inc. in Traverse City, where he successfully managed residential and commercial development projects at the 60-person private consulting firm.

Born in Traverse City, Michigan, Kevin attended Traverse City Saint Francis High School and later earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University in May 1999.

Kevin’s current professional affiliations include membership in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Michigan Association of Realtors (MAR), and the Economic Club of Traverse City.

His previous professional affiliations include serving on the East Bay Township Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals. He was President, State Director, and Legislative Committee Chair for the Northern Chapter of the Michigan Society of Professional Engineers (MSPE). Additionally, he was a member of the Traverse Area Chamber of Commerce’s Transportation Committee and participated in the New Designs for Growth DevelopMentor Panel. Kevin also served on the Board of Directors for the Bay Area Transportation Authority (BATA), the Economic Club of Traverse City, and the local chapter of Junior Achievement.

Kevin’s personal affiliations include being an Ordained Permanent Deacon for the Catholic Diocese of Gaylord since 2015. He was formerly Chairman of the Board of Directors for Baraga Broadcasting, Inc., and hosted a weekly radio show titled “The Cross Walk.”
