Kevin Priestap brings over  8 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a strong focus on retail properties. With a sharp eye for opportunity and a deep understanding of market dynamics, he blends strategic insight with hands-on expertise to help investors, developers, and business owners navigate complex transactions with confidence.

After earning his bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Northern Michigan University in 2013, Kevin began his career at a respected firm in southeast Michigan, where he built expertise in retail sales and leasing, site selection, and portfolio strategy. His strong underwriting skills and deep knowledge of commercial mortgage structuring allow him to evaluate risk and craft deals that support long-term success. He also works closely with national retail realtors to coordinate large-scale transactions, and has experience with marina and residential assets, adding further versatility to his practice.

In 2020, Kevin relocated to Traverse City with his wife, embracing the region’s vibrant community and outdoor lifestyle. An avid golfer and skier, he enjoys Northern Michigan’s seasons and volunteers as a coach for the  local high school alpine ski team.
