Megan de Varona

As Digital Marketing Manager at Three West, Megan is responsible for leading the company’s marketing initiatives and strengthening its brand across Northern Michigan. With a passion for creative storytelling, digital marketing, and strategic communication, she works closely with the brokerage team to develop impactful campaigns that showcase commercial properties, highlight agent expertise, and connect with business owners, investors, and the communities Three West serves. From social media and email marketing to branding and content strategy, Megan is committed to delivering innovative marketing solutions that drive engagement and support the firm’s continued growth.

Originally from Grand Ledge, Michigan, just outside of Lansing, Megan recently graduated from Saint Mary’s College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing. She brings a fresh perspective and a strong foundation in marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and business management, allowing her to contribute creative ideas and meaningful results to the Three West team.

Outside of Three West, Megan works as a server and bartender at Cugino’s Italian Restaurant, where she applies her marketing and communication skills to create personalized experiences that meet each guest’s needs and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. She also has a passion for travel and loves to dance. During her time at Saint Mary’s College, Megan served as captain of the Dance Team, demonstrating her leadership, teamwork, and dedication both on and off the dance floor. She values creativity, collaboration, and building meaningful relationships, and strives to bring those qualities into every aspect of her professional and personal life.
