Amy Roy

Amy Roy serves as Three West’s Office Manager. With more than three decades of experience, she joined Three West in 2017, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Amy manages the office operations and assists agents with listings, showings and closings. She also handles logistics relating to property management services provided by Three West.

Originally from Clio, Michigan, Amy moved to Traverse City in 1992. Her professional experience includes roles as a small business owner, restaurant manager, and accounts payable/receivable manager. Amy became as licensed Realtor in 2019 and is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Michigan Association of Realtors. She holds an Associate of Applied Arts in Education and an Associate of Business in Hospitality Management. Amy’s diverse background has equipped her with a skill set well-suited for the dynamic world of real estate. 

Amy is an active member in the community, having served as PTO Vice President at Cherry Knoll Elementary, a board member for the Boys Scouts of America Pack/Troop, a volunteer for Traverse City Central Boosters, and a coach for YMCA soccer and Little League. She has also volunteered for Traverse City Central High School Athletics and participated in homeless outreach meal programs.

Amy’s experience and strong community ties make her a key player at Three West, where she provides exceptional support to clients and colleagues alike.
