Kevin Query

Kevin Query is an Associate at Three West, specializing in investment real estate, land development, and national tenant representation. Since joining Three West in 2018, Kevin has excelled in guiding clients through every stage of the transaction process, from initial analysis to successful closing.

Prior to his entry into commercial real estate, Kevin held significant roles in diverse sectors, including global water security projects with SWRT Solutions and financial analysis with Cochran, Cowell & Gruman, focusing on VC and real estate investments across the Midwest. 

His career achievements demonstrate a strong background in financial modeling and a deep understanding of local market dynamics, enabling him to provide strategic insights and solutions to investors and businesses alike. 

Kevin holds a B.S. in Crop & Soil Science with a minor in Agricultural Economics from Michigan State University, which delivers a unique blend of agricultural knowledge and financial acumen to his current role. He has also earned the CFA I designation, which supports the analytical skills crucial for real estate investment and development.

Originally from Traverse City, Kevin has deep roots in the community. He is a volunteer with SEEDS Ecology & Education Centers and serves on the Board of Directors for the Traverse City Curling Club. Kevin also coaches junior curling and participates in outdoor activities such as camping and traveling the globe.
