Stephanie Endres

Stephanie Endres is the Controller at Three West where she has played a pivotal role since the firm launched in 2007. Born in Macomb Township, she has lived in Traverse City since 1992 and is a graduate of Traverse City Senior High. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University and is also a licensed Realtor.

Stephanie brings a rich and varied professional background to her role at Three West. After four years working as a project engineer for a structural engineering consulting firm in Traverse City, she owned and managed Village Bean, Inc., a coffee shop she developed from the ground up. At Village Bean, Stephanie handled everything from marketing materials to creating the physical space and managing day-to-day operations. This experience honed her ability to manage budgets and analyze expenses, skills she now applies the financial complexities of the commercial real estate market.

Stephanie’s engineering background and entrepreneurial experience make her highly adept at handling accounts payable and receivable for Three West. Her numerical skills and ability to manage budgets ensure that the firm remains financially healthy, helping it effectively navigate the commercial real estate market.

In addition to her professional achievements, Stephanie is deeply committed to her community. She serves as a board member for Mothers In Christ and volunteers for Thrive Medical Clinic and Safe Harbor. She also coaches elementary girls’ basketball, middle school volleyball, and TAGS softball.
